What's included, and what isn't
One video session. I review your CV (one version, submitted as a PDF at least 24 hours before we meet) and your LinkedIn profile. During the session, I give you 3 to 5 prioritised recommendations. The recording comes to you within 24 hours. You also get one follow-up question answered in writing.
The audit tells you what to fix and where to focus. It does not do the fixing for you. CV rewriting, LinkedIn text rewriting, and cover letter writing are not included. If you need more support alongside the feedback, that’s a separate engagement. We can talk about it after the session if it’s relevant.

What is a Career Audit, exactly?
A Career Audit is a structured review of the two things that represent you before anyone meets you: your CV and your LinkedIn profile.
In the Danish job market, first impressions happen on paper. Recruiters spend a short time deciding whether to read further. If your materials aren’t clear, specific, and relevant to how Danish hiring actually works, you can be filtered out before you ever get a conversation.
The audit covers:
- Your CV: Clarity, structure, language, relevance, and how it reads to someone inside the Danish market
- Your LinkedIn profile: Headline, summary, experience section, and how your profile positions you for the roles you’re targeting
- Gaps and priorities: Not a list of everything that could be better. A ranked set of the 3 to 5 things that will make the most difference
You submit your CV at least 24 hours before we meet.
