Diana has a sharp eye for what works in a CV and what doesn’t, and the same applies to cover letters. She helped me see myself in relation to the company much more clearly and gave me excellent advice on how to change both documents so they became a more accurate reflection of myself whilst being a better match for the job opening.

What helped me enormously, including for future applications, was her explanation of the difference between the purpose of a CV and a cover letter. The CV is me in relation to the company, whilst the cover letter is the company in relation to me. I think before that, my CV and cover letter were telling essentially the same story.
