In the first weeks, we focus on clarity. Who you are, what you’re looking for, and how to position yourself effectively in the Danish market. If you’re navigating a career change, this is where we do the deeper work of figuring out how your background translates and how to tell that story compellingly.

From there, we move into building your materials and your presence, your CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and networking approach. The video course runs alongside our sessions, giving you the structure and the knowledge between our calls.

As you move into active searching, the 1:1 sessions become your anchor. We review what’s happening, work on what’s coming up, whether that’s an upcoming interview, a networking event, or a moment of doubt, and keep your strategy sharp and your momentum going.
